Introduction & Applicability

77bld ("we", "the Company", or "the Platform") provides an online betting and casino gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 77bld.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account where false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided. 3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account details have been disclosed to a third party, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

77bld follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process to maintain a secure environment. We may request a copy of your national ID or passport before processing withdrawal requests or in the event of any suspicious activity. Failure to complete verification may delay or suspend payments.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77bld supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment account used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals from bonus balances require the relevant wagering conditions to be met.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number or mobile number when making a deposit. 77bld will not be liable if a transaction fails due to incorrect information.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can enjoy a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date.
• Bonuses may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be stacked together unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 77bld reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• 77bld reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

77bld has three VIP tiers, earned through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. 77bld reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will notify members of any changes. VIP tier status may be reviewed if an account becomes inactive.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Results

All games on the 77bld platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Results for slots, casino table games, and live games are determined by a technically neutral process. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if proven:

• Using fraudulent software or bots

• Operating multiple accounts

7.3 System Errors

Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, it will be escalated for review at a higher level. All final decisions made by 77bld are considered binding.

Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These Terms form the complete agreement between 77bld and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
